Sally Barrett-Williams
Sally has worked as a lawyer in energy in the UK and overseas & held senior legal posts in industry, with regulators and in private practice. She became involved in renewable energy in 2002 and co-founded the Carbon Catalysts Group, specialising in renewable energy projects. She has advised on all principal technologies and project types—solar, onshore wind, biomass, waste-to-energy, waste extraction, district heating, cogeneration, batteries—and advises across the span of the arrangements (PPAs, consents, fuel arrangements, purchasing, connections, subsidies, construction) for debt-financed and equity-financed projects.
