Neil Sampson
As a leader in a global talent management consultancy, Neil brings experience in defining enterprise value propositions, business development, building delivery capability, stakeholder relationships, delivering growth and managing through recessions. He built and managed Board level client relationships, created and developed teams, and contributed to creating high performing business cultures. He led and collaborated internationally with colleagues in providing Executive recruitment and Business Psychology consultancy for clients in the Manufacturing & Engineering, Infrastructure, and Energy & Utilities sectors.
Neil has designed and delivered talent management solutions and interventions for the last 35 years including for business start-ups, performance improvement, team development, restructuring, change readiness and career transition; all requiring significant understanding of how people align their talents and motivations with the goals of an organisation. An experienced Executive Coach, trained and accredited to use a range credible Occupational Psychology assessment tools and work simulation exercises he is a founder Director of two Talent Management consultancies since 2002 where his focus has been Executive and Board level assessment, development and coaching.
His long-standing relationship with the Energy sector includes 12 years as a board member of the Energy & Utility forum.
